Installing the patterns

 In order to make the patterns work you will need a file named Resource.cfg which can be found at: http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?title=Sims_3:Installing_Package_Files

 Place the unzipped Resource.cfg file into this folder:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3

Good friend Ukpoppyberry is my 5th Guest and she has kindly donated some patterns to me.  Here's a bit about her and how to install the patterns in her own words:

"My real name is Lisa although most know me as Poppy.

I have been a Sims addict for over 7 years now. I have always loved the building aspect of the game and when Sims 2 came out I decided to learn how to make clothing for my sims. Soon I was creating more than playing and that’s when I started creating for Simcastic Designs, later I joined CC4Sims and ByPlayKimSim.

My Forth Guest is an old friend from The Sims 2 Forums Ruthless KK.
Here's a bit about her in her own words:

 "I am a mom of two, married 20 years.  My name isnt Ruth, but it might as well be because that is what everyone calls me on line. My husband calls me KK.

I've Always been a fan of architecture, so when I saw I could build stuff in Sims2, I was hooked.  Since February of 2009, I have been uploading stuff to ModtheSims and I have been lucky enough to have been featured there as well as on the Sims2 and now the Sims3 sites.  The two things I try to emphasize the most in my work are:

Firstly playability.  THE most important factor, bar none.  It must play well or why bother having it in your game? 

And secondly: cuteness.  Sounds silly but I really try to make my stuff visually appealing and if my daughters look over my shoulder and say " that's cute" then I know I have a good design. 

I would absolutely LOVE to design houses for EA to go in an expansion pack...that would just be the ultimate for me."

My Third guest is reknowed lot builder Hillcrest1414.

Known as Wendy to her friends, Hillcrest has been building classically styled homes and community lots for Sims 2and has recently seamlessly transferred her classy adn playable style into the Sims 3 format. She is also a wonderful creator of Sims 2 homecrafter (walls & floors) and has been experimenting with recolouring objects in Sims 3.

My Second guest is talented lot builder and recolourer SFW1962

Known as Lynn to her friends, SFW1962 has been making lots and homecrafter for The Sims games for a long time and more recently moved onto recolouring objects for Sims 2 & 3.
