How to make your own custom paintings using GIMP by Yours Truely KrazyAngelKat81!

This tool will automagically set up your game so you can use custom content .package files for The Sims 3. Once set up, you can just double-click the files to put them where they need to go. No need to mess with Resource.cfg yourself or create any folders - just run the program, and from then on, you can just double-click the files. You still have to double-click files to install, but everything else is done for you! You can also right-click on a file to send it to a particular folder, so you can have subfolders and keep your downloads organized
